Following the Project Management Bodies and Decision-Making Procedures:

The number and synthesis of bodies proposed attempts to capture the multidimensionality of the critical factors for success of the project. These factors include but are not limited to: efficient collaboration and minimisation of conflict and risk within the project, assurance of quality of project results and deliveries, technological and business innovation, legal and regulatory validity, Open Science alignment, community satisfaction, maximisation of awareness, strong linking to the worldwide developments and opinions on the field, and last but not least, ethical, legal and contractual obligations fulfilment.
