Deliverable “D1.4 Innovation and IPR Management – Open Access policy report, report on licensing, data/publication access policies, and procedures” has successfully submitted.

Innovation and IPR management processes within the NEANIAS project aims to set the procedures for the project partners, on storing, sharing and utilizing data and their research results. For this purpose, D1.4 on Innovation and IPR Management details the role of the NEANIAS Innovation Inventory, and the main processes of publishing research results as well as protecting them. NEANIAS Innovation Manager, together with the owners of the main services created within NEANIAS, create a stable process in storing and handling: data, research results (to be protected and open), and by an individual consultation set the basis for a plan on utilizing their research results.

Therefore, by following the procedures set in this deliverable, the following goals are set:

• services and its elements will be listed in an organised manner;
• services and research results will be evaluated from an IPR and Open Access perspective;
• basics on the utilization of services will be described in the frame of Individual Innovation Management Plans;

All these results are core elements to launch an efficient work on exploitation and sustainability (WP9), as well as in fostering business innovation (WP5).
