NEANIAS SPACE CAESAR & AstroML webinar.

Online, 15/06/2022.

NEANIAS Space hosted a webinar on the CAESAR & AstroML: astronomical source extraction, characterization and classification in the SKA era. The event was led by INAF, the developers of the service, and presented its features to the attendees and answered questions. Contact is maintained for future needs.

CAESAR (Compact And Extended Sources Automated Recognition) service provides a straightforward solution to segment astrophysical FITS maps, allowing for the extraction and characterization of both compact (e.g. stars, galaxies) and extended sources (e.g. galactic filaments, supernovae remnants).

You can watch the webinar on our YouTube channel. All the details about the service are available at EOSC - NEANIAS SPACE CAESAR & AstroML.

Find out more about the service at the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) platform.
