DESIRA and NEANIAS confirmed their commitment to support each other in bringing forward a supportive ecosystem.

NEANIAS is a focused Open Science project in the field of co-design and delivery of innovative thematic services, derived from state-of-the-art research assets and practices in three major sectors: Underwater research, Atmospheric research and Space research, each engaging multitudinous academic and business groups, numerous researchers, professionals and governmental entities, with an objective to onboard all of its thematic services to the EOSC Catalogue. On the other hand, DESIRA approaches all activities considering digitalization as a process of social transformation driven by digital technologies. It acknowledges the transformative nature of digitalization and the impacts it can have in shaping the way rural communities and actors learn, work, travel, interact, etc., acting as a ‘game changer’ for rural territories and sectors.

DESIRA and NEANIAS, hereby confirm their commitment to support each other in bringing forward a supportive ecosystem. Considering the fact that NEANIAS and DESIRA are two entities with complementary goals of innovation and sustainability it is obvious that bilateral information exchange and collaboration will benefit both projects towards their respective goals.
