Representatives of the NEANIAS Project and the Blue-Cloud Project have met in a fruitful working session. Both projects are European h2020 initiatives in the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) context.

Blue-Cloud is a European H2020 project with the overarching aim of federating and piloting innovative services for Marine Research & the Blue Economy. Blue-Cloud is working towards the establishment of a marine-thematic EOSC serving the Blue Economy, Marine Environment and Marine Knowledge agendas.

Many interesting synergies and potential collaborations have been found regarding innovation, knowledge transfer, business opportunities and joint participation in events and workshops for our common challenges related to EOSC, data infrastructures, IT services deployment or underwater research.

More work sessions will be scheduled in the coming days between members of both projects to analyse and identify specific actions of a common roadmap as well as address the next steps.
