Whilst we follow the evolution and news from the European authorities on COVID-19 in order we can set the new dates for the second face-to-face general meeting, tele-meeting sessions have been scheduled for March 18-19, 2020.
The goal is to keep us coordinated on the general progress of NEANIAS and carry out some administrative and technical sessions that will allow us to stay aligned on the work as well as sharing achievements, identify needs and improvement actions, and agree next steps.
The details of the agenda are in the process of being closed, as well as the best methodology to get an agile performance on e-platforms. The following topics will be discussed:

- WP 2: Underwater Research Sector progress presentation.
- WP 3: Atmosphere Research Sector progress presentation.
- WP 4: Space Research Sector progress presentation.
- Engagement of the 3 Sector Communities - User Board.
- Common 3 thematic services meeting.
- Management issues (Consortium agreement, Administrative & Financial aspects), Management tools.
- Technical Board - Service Architecture & Delivery
- NEANIAS – EOSC (WP8).
- WP 5 - WP 10 – User Board: workshop.
- WP9: Sustainability issues.
- WP 10: Activities – Planning.
Lastly, during these difficult days for everyone, NEANIAS team would like to send our sincere feelings and wishes for everybody to be strong, to overcome the daily difficulties due to the new situation and be together in face to face meetings very soon.
